Orders
How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart and check out. You'll get an order confirmation email right away.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email hello@torvessa.us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update or cancel it for you.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the United States.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
Where do orders ship from?
Most items ship from our supplier warehouses in China.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then take 7–14 business days in transit, so most orders arrive within 8–17 business days in total. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also check status on our Track Your Order page.
Will my order arrive in one package?
Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages from different fulfillment centers.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs, the return destination and any exceptions are listed in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived damaged. What now?
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
Products
Do the lights come with bulbs?
Most of our LED fixtures have built-in LEDs. Where a bulb is required, the product page says so.
Are your lights safe for outdoor use?
Only products marked as waterproof or outdoor-rated should be used outside. Check each product page.
