SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed after 5 PM Pacific Time are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
After processing, orders take 7–14 business days in transit. Most orders arrive within 8–17 business days of purchase.

Where orders ship from
Most items ship from our supplier warehouses in China.

Tracking
When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can follow it on our Track Your Order page. Tracking may take a few days to show movement.

Multiple items
Orders with several products may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days.

Late or missing orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 17 business days of purchase, contact us and we’ll look into it. If a package is confirmed lost, we’ll send a free replacement or give a full refund.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update it as long as the order hasn’t shipped yet.
